I am certain when you are an empath that the most important thing is to commit to happiness and surround yourself with the people, things and (engage in) activities to support that happiness...or else you run the risk of receiving the torment of the world.

In my place of longing, loneliness and love, I have discovered that this, a revolutionary theory of happiness as I dubbed it, is absolutely necessary...you must work in order to reside in your happiness, joy, bliss and fulfillment by any means necessary. (and my any means, I am including therapy, time in nature, time away from people, time submerged in your art, doing yoga eating healthy foods, watching comedies and seeking your truest highest nature)
